I spent those years learning, applying, and teaching leadership skills; I know how leadership applies at every level of business and everything taught in this room comes from real experience being responsible for millions of dollars and hundreds of people.

Our Unique Format

Here is exactly what 90 minutes looks like...

Minutes 0–30: Leadership Lesson. I lead a focused discussion on one concept and behavior from the Impression Leadership System. Each built from the same structure: How you think, What you know, What you do.

Minutes 30–90: Member Spotlight. Each member presents their business once per quarter. We start with a review of their previous commitments (Personal, Personnel, and Process), then move to workshop the top-of-mind challenge or opportunity they are facing now. By the end, we reset at least one specific thing they're going to do before the next meeting. We track it. Next meeting starts with what got done.

By design, every member is in the spotlight once per quarter; four times per year.

After Every Meeting

You'll receive a summary and action report: what we covered, insights from the group, what was committed, and what to bring next time.
