Hour 1: Address any top-of-mind situations in your business and how last week's commitments and skill application went.
Hour 2: Building one of the three most important leadership skills for business. Four weeks each. In-between meetings you practice on live situations and report back.
After Every Session
You'll receive a post-session report: what we covered, what was committed, what was learned, and what to bring next time.
